RESOLUTION NO. 2001-056
A Resolution Amending Resolution 2001 -02 Adopted January 2, 2001
Designating Official City Depository, and Authorizing Signatures
for Payment of Funds from Lake Elmo Bank
WHEREAS, on January 2, 2001 the City Council adopted Resolution 2001 -02 designating the Lake
Elmo Bank as the official depository for the funds of the City of Lake Elmo, and authorized signatures for
payment of funds from the Lake Elmo Bank; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn Banister the City's Deputy Treasurer /Finance Director will retire from service
to the City on October 1, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Terry J. Berg has been appointed by the City Council as the new Deputy
Treasurer /Finance Director of the City of Lake Elmo, effective July 16, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves the
following:
1- To authorize Terry J. Berg to sign checks and orders for payment of money and withdraw funds
on deposit with the Lake Elmo Bank.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7`h day of August 2001.
