RESOLUTION NO. 2001-067
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TIME .FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT FOR EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, at its August 13, 2001 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed
and recommended approval of United Properties application. for a. Preliminary Mat of
Eagle Point Business Park 2°d Addition.
WHEREAS, at its September 4, 2001 meeting, the City Council reviewed. and
approved the Preliminary Plat of Eagle Point Business Park 2n" Ad.dition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lake
Elmo does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and. Development Agreement for
Eagle Point Business Park 2"d Addition, as the same on file with the City Administrator,
based on the following conditions.
I . Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 4 "' day of September, 2001.
