WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2001-073
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2002 PRELIMINARY LEVY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota that
the 2002 preliminary budget be adopted as presented; and
BE IT RESOLVED that the following sums be certified to the Washington
County Auditor as the preliminary amount to be levied upon the taxable property in the
City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, for the year payable 2002
for the following to wit:
General Purpose $1,612,500
Total Levy
$1,612,500
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Cleric is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of the resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 11th day of September, 2001.
