RESOLUTION NO. 2001-80
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
FOR CARRIAGE STATION PROFESSIONAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the
preliminary plat, PUD Final Plan for Carriage Homes IX on Lot 15, Carriage
Station and recommended denial by the City Council, and M�3 t
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council has approved the PUD
Development Stage Plan, staff dated June 11, 2001; Preliminary Plat; and
PUD Final Plan and Site Plan for Carriage Homes IX on Lot 15, Carriage
Station by Resolution No. 2001 -042, on June 19, 2001.
WHEREAS, at its September 18, 2001 meeting, the Lake Elmo City
Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Carriage
Station Professional Park.
NOW, T'HEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City
Council does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development
Agreement for CARRIAGE STATION PROFESSIONAL PARK as the
same as on file with the City Administrator based on the following
condition:
1. Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 18`x' day of September,
2001.
