RESOLUTION NO. 2001-089
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2001 -056 ADOPTED AUGUST 7, 2001
DESIGNATING OFFICIAL CITY DEPOSITORY AND AUTHORIZING
SIGNATURES FOR PAYMENT OF FUNDS FROM LAKE ELMO BANK
WHEREAS, on January 2, 2001 the City Council. adopted Resolution 2001 -02
designating the Lake Elmo Bank as the official depository for the funds of the City of
Lake Elmo, and authorized signatures for payment of funds from the Lake Elmo Bank;
and
WHEREAS, Terry J. Berg was added to the authorized signatures for payment of
funds per Resolution 2001 -056; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn Banister retired. from service to the City on October 1, 2001;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby approves the following:
1. To remove Marilyn Banister as an authorized signature for City funds on
deposit with the Lake Elmo Bank.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Ehno City Council on the 16th day of October, 2001.
