A Resolution Approving the Plans for Project No. SAP 82 -613 -069
Relating to Lane Geometry at Hudson Blvd. and CSAH 13
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SAP 82- 613 -069 showing proposed improvements to
County State -Aid Highways No. 13 and Hudson Blvd. within the limits of the City of Lake Elmo as a
State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said County's Recommended Option be
in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution 2000 -69 adopted by the Lake Elmo City
Council. on December 19, 2000, approving the City's Recommended Option is hereby repealed.
