Kempf, Raliegh, Treml ?Minor Subdivision 2001 City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution No. 2001-095 A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to Gust Kempf, Daniel Raliegh, and Dennis Treml WHEREAS, Gust Kempf, Daniel Raliegh, and Dennis Treml have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 400.07 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcels of land; to wit: Existing Gust Kempf parcel: The South 130 feet of the North 400 feet of Government Lot 2, except the East 1600.36 feet, subject to Lake Elmo Avenue North AND the East 1600.36 feet of the North 400 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 29, Range 21, except the East 30 feet and both subject to watermain easement over the South 20 feet thereof, Washington County, Minnesota. and, Existing Daniel Raliegh parcel: The North 130 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota lying West of the East 1600.36 feet thereof and subject to Lake Elmo Avenue North (County Road No. 17) according to the plat on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Washington County, Minnesota. and Existing Dennis Treml parcel: The South 140 feet of the North 270.00 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 29, Range 21, excepting therefrom the East 1600.36 feet, thereof, and also excepting therefrom a strip of land 66.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is the present traveled centerline of Lake Elmo Avenue North, said 66.00 foot strip of land being existing right of way of said Lake Elmo Avenue North. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this minor subdivision request at its October 10, 2001 meeting and recommended that the minor subdivision be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT a minor subdivision is hereby granted by the City Council to Gust Kempf, Daniel Raliegh, and Dennis Treml, resulting in the following: Gust .Kempf parcel: The South 130 feet of the North 400 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota except the East 1600.36 feet thereof and that part of the East 1600.36 feet of said Government Lot 2 which lies West of the East 1345.36 feet thereof and which lies South of the North 260 feet thereof, subject to waterinain easement over the South 20 feet thereof and subject to Lake Elmo Avenue. Contains 97,069 Sq. Ft. or 2.2284 acres (includes part subject to Lake Elmo Avenue.)
