WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2001-099
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Well No. 3, located on United Properties'
land within Section 33, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:
E.H. Renner & Sons $224,925.00
Bergerson- Caswell, Inc. $160,725.00
Keys Well Drilling Co. $146,250.00
AND WHEREAS, Keys Well Drilling Co, is the lowest responsible bidder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Keys
Well Drilling in the name of the City of Lake Elmo for the drilling of Well No. 3, according to
the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the city clerk.
2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7t' day of November, 2001.
