RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -103
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2002 TAX LEVY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota that
the 2002 Fiscal Year Budget and Capital Improvement Program be adopted as presented;
and
BE IT RESOLVED that the following sums be certified to the Washington
County Auditor as the final amount to be levied upon the taxable property in the City of
Lake Elmo, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, for the year payable 2002 for the
following to writ:
General Purpose $1,612,500
Total Levy
$1,612,500
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified
copy of the resolution to the County Auditor of Washington County, Minnesota.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 4th day of December, 2001.
