RESOLUTION NO. 2001-104
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A FITNESS STUDIO
TO JOANN LANGSETH
WHEREAS, JoAnn Langseth (herein applicant) has made application for a Conditional Use
Permit in the General Business Zoning District to operate a Fitness Studio, "Curves for Women ", located
in a 1,473 square feet of a multi- tennant building at 11240 Stillwater Blvd.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on November 26, 2001
and reviewed and recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council on December 4, 2001, reviewed the application and the
recommendation of the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council, that a Conditional
'Use Permit is hereby approved for JoAnn Langseth to operate a Fitness Studio within 1,473 square feet at
11240 Stillwater Boulevard subject to the following conditions:
1. That all signage related to the use comply with Section 535 of the Municipal Code.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 4h day of December 2001.
