RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 141
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approved Partial
Payment No. 7 to KEYS WELL DRILLING in the amount of $14,083.75 for
Construction of Well No. 3, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated December
12, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 19th day of December, 2002.
