A RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER. NO. I
(Reduction in Cost)
and
PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. I TO NIEMAN ROOFING COMPANY, INC. FOR
FIRE STATION NO.I AND NO.2 ROOF RE, PLACEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves
Compensating Change Order No. I reducing the amount of the original bid for a
reduction in the thickness of the insulation by $4,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council approves the
final payment to Nieman Roofing Company, Inc. in the amount of $76,500.00
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 19 "' day of December, 2002.
