CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2002-134 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT OF BLUESTEM AT THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />of BLUESTEM AT THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX on August 12, 2002, and <br />recommended approval to the City Council and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council previously considered and approved <br />the preliminary plat of BLUESTEM AT THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX on August 20, <br />2002 and; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of BLUESTEM AT <br />THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of <br />Section 300 and Section 400 of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br />BLUESTEM AT THE FIELDS OF ST. CROIX as the same as on file with the City <br />Administrator subject to the following conditions: <br />1.
