RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 131
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has contracted with EnComm Midwest, LLC to
perform work on pumphouse No. 2;
WHEREAS, EnComni Midwest, LLC executed a contract with the City of Lake Elmo for
the work on pumphouse No. 2 and the contract provides for a 5% retainage;
WHEREAS, EnComm Midwest, LLC has requested payment in the amount of
$31,115.83 for work performed on pumphouse No. 2;
WHEREAS, City of Lake Elmo employees have raised safety issues relating to Encomm
Midwest, LLC employees on the City's project, and those safety issues have been communicated
to TKDA, the engineering firm;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Number 22787 in the amount of $31,115.83 is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 19t' day of November, 2002.
