CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 126 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE <br />TO INCLUDE A SERVICE FEE FOR <br />RETURNED CHECKS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Ehno adopted the 2002 fee schedule by Resolution No. 2002 -05, on <br />February 5, 2002; <br />WHERAS, the City's fee schedule sets charges for services performed; <br />WHEREAS, the current fee schedule is silent on the charge for processing returned checks; <br />WHEREAS, the City is authorized. to assess a fee to process returned checks; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA THAT: <br />The City of Lake Eh-no shall amend the 2002 fee schedule to include a 520.00 service <br />charge for the processing of returned checks. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 60' day of November, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary u ner, City Xdministrator <br />
