RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 126
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE SCHEDULE
TO INCLUDE A SERVICE FEE FOR
RETURNED CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Ehno adopted the 2002 fee schedule by Resolution No. 2002 -05, on
February 5, 2002;
WHERAS, the City's fee schedule sets charges for services performed;
WHEREAS, the current fee schedule is silent on the charge for processing returned checks;
WHEREAS, the City is authorized. to assess a fee to process returned checks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA THAT:
The City of Lake Eh-no shall amend the 2002 fee schedule to include a 520.00 service
charge for the processing of returned checks.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 60' day of November, 2002.
