WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 2002-125
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat
of SUNFISH PONDS on August 12, 2002, and recommended approval to the City
Council and;
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council previously considered and approved
the preliminary plat of SUNFISH PONDS on August 20, 2002 and;
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Development Agreement of SUNFISH PONDS
presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 300 and Section 400
of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat and Development Agreement of SUNFISH
PONDS as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to the following
conditions:
I . Compliance with the requirements of the City Attorney and City Engineer.
2. Park Dedication Fee to be seven per cent of the Appraiser's Market Value less
Trail Credit as determined by City Staff and the Park Commission.
