.RESOLUTION NO. 2002-122
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 22533 through 22547 in the amount of
$12,865.42 were used for payroll; Claim. Numbers 46 and 47 in the amount of $5,622.28 were
used for payroll taxes; Claim Numbers 22548 through 22554 in the amount of $8,602.92 were
used to pay payroll pass through payments; Claim Numbers 22555 through 22578 in the amount
of $8,794.82 were used for the fire fighter payroll; Claim Numbers 48 and 49 in the amount of
$1,465.71 were used for the fire fighter payroll taxes; Claim Numbers 22579 through 22581 in
the amount of $5,000.00 were used to refund escrow deposits; Claim Number 22582 in the
amount of $903.03 was used for payroll; Claim Numbers 50 and 51 in the amount of $450.19
were used for payroll taxes; Claim Numbers 22583 through 22589 in the amount of $1,562.27
were used to pay payroll pass through payments, including health insurance premium
adjustments; Claim Numbers 22598 through 22600 in the amount of $12,762.81 were used for
payroll; Claim Numbers 52 and 53 in the amount of $5,669.39 were used for payroll taxes;
Claim Numbers 22604 through 22610 in the amount of $9,309.65 were used to pay payroll pass
through payments; Claim Number 22611 in the amount of $1000.00 was used to refund an
escrow deposit (copy of claim attached); Claim Number 22612 in the amount of $20 was an
emergency check for a planning conference on development on the corridor between the Twin
Cities and Wisconsin; Claim Number 22367 in the amount of $3,511.78, previously pulled from
the September 17, 2002 claims list and Claim Numbers 22613 through 22667 in the amount of
$105,595.83 are hereby approved.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 6`" day of November, 2002.
