RESOLUTION 2002-120
A RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER No. 1
(Reduction in Cost)
and
FINAL PAYMENT TO TOWER ASPHALT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
15TH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Ehno City Council hereby approves
Compensating Change Order No. 1 reducing the amount of the original bid for the
construction of 15'h Street by $7,699.18.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council approves the final
payment to Tower Asphalt in the amount of $9,357.75 for the completing of the
construction of 15d' Street.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 6th day of November, 2002.
