RESOLUTION NO. 2002-117
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT
OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN
FRONT OF THE PRIMARY'' STRUCTURE
AT 9357 Jane Court
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13, Subd. 31 of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, Jim Lund, the property owner, has requested approval to place a detached storage
structure in front of the primary structure at 9357 Jane Court, in accordance with plans
staff dated October 10, 2002, and based on the physical condition of the lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council for the City of
Lake Elmo hereby grants permission for construction of a storage structure in front of the
principal structure at 9357 Jane Court.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 15'h day of October, 2002.
