CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 116 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REAPPORTIONMENT OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR. EAGLE POINT 3RD ADDITION' <br />WHEREAS, special assessments were levied against Eagle Point P addition., Parcel ID <br />33.029.21.41.0047 for street and utility improvements; <br />WHEREAS, a lot split and sale of Parcel ID 33.029.21.41..0047 has occurred involving sale of <br />property for Bremer; <br />WHEREAS, when a lot split and sale occur, Washington County assigns new parcel ID numbers; <br />WHEREAS, Washington County has retired Parcel ID 33.029.21.41.0047 and created Parcel ID <br />33.029.21.41.0048 as Outlot A, Eagle Point 3rd addition and ownership has remained the same; <br />WHEREAS, special assessments from Parcel. ID 33.029.21.41.0047 need to be reapportioned to <br />the new Parcel ID 33.029.21.41.0048; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has previously approved reapportioru -rent of special <br />assessments when a lot split and sale occur. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE <br />ELMO, MINNESOTA THAT: <br />The remaining unpaid special assessments from Parcel ID 33.029.21.41.0047 in the <br />amount of $77,860.68 shall be reapportioned to Parcel ID 33.029.21..41.0048. <br />ADOPTED, by the bake Elmo City Council on the 15th day of October, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary L, Kie fner, City Administrator <br />
