WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 116
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REAPPORTIONMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR. EAGLE POINT 3RD ADDITION'
WHEREAS, special assessments were levied against Eagle Point P addition., Parcel ID
33.029.21.41.0047 for street and utility improvements;
WHEREAS, a lot split and sale of Parcel ID 33.029.21.41..0047 has occurred involving sale of
property for Bremer;
WHEREAS, when a lot split and sale occur, Washington County assigns new parcel ID numbers;
WHEREAS, Washington County has retired Parcel ID 33.029.21.41.0047 and created Parcel ID
33.029.21.41.0048 as Outlot A, Eagle Point 3rd addition and ownership has remained the same;
WHEREAS, special assessments from Parcel. ID 33.029.21.41.0047 need to be reapportioned to
the new Parcel ID 33.029.21.41.0048;
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has previously approved reapportioru -rent of special
assessments when a lot split and sale occur.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELMO, MINNESOTA THAT:
The remaining unpaid special assessments from Parcel ID 33.029.21.41.0047 in the
amount of $77,860.68 shall be reapportioned to Parcel ID 33.029.21..41.0048.
ADOPTED, by the bake Elmo City Council on the 15th day of October, 2002.
