A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 6
TO ENCOMM MIDWEST, LLC FOR WELL HOUSE NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approved Partial
Payment No. 6 to ENCOMM MIDWEST, LLC in the amount of $101,683.72 for work
completed. on Well House No. 2, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated
October 9, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 1 Sth day of October, 2002.
