RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 111
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
FOR WELL HOUSE .
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Change
Order No. 2 for Well House No. 2 in the amount of $3,419.00 for expanding the parking
area as requested by Lake Elmo Public Works Department and for changing a light
fixture, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated October 9, 2002. This was done
on a Saturday to make sure that vibrations from the blasting would not interfere with the
eye surgery clinic at High Point Health Center.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 15th day of October, 2002.
