RESOLUTION NO. 2002-110
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 6
TO TOWER ASPHALT FOR WELL NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approved Partial
Payment No. 6 to KEYS WELL DRILLING in the amount of $1,995.00 for work
completed on Well No. 3, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated October 9,
2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 15th day of October, 2002.
