RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -109
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANCE ORDER NO. I
FOR WELL NO.3
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Change
Order No. 1 for Well No. 3 in the amount of $2,100.00 for blasting done on a Saturday,
verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated October 9, 2002. This was done on a
Saturday to make sure that vibrations from the blasting would not interfere with the eye
surgery clinic at High Point Health Center.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 15th day of October, 2002.
