WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 101
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Change
Order No. 1 for Eagle Point Boulevard Phase II in the amount of $6,821.25 for concrete
edging constructed around the median islands on Eagle Point Boulevard, verified by the
City Engineer in his memo dated September 26, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 1 st day of October, 2002.
