WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2002-100
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approved Partial
Payment No. 1 to TOWER ASPHALT in the amount of $116,441.30 for work completed
on Eagle Point Boulevard Phase II, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated
September 26, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 1 st day of October, 2002.
