A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.3
TO TOWER. ASPHALT
FOR EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approved Partial
Payment No. 3 to TOWER ASPHALT in the amount of $35,530.84 for work completed
on Eagle Point Boulevard Phase 1, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated
September 26, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the Ist day of October, 2002.
