TRUTH A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2002-091
SETTING THE ;:
PUBLIC HEARING DATES FOR 1 1
WHEREAS, the City is required to set public hearing dates for the truth in
taxation hearing on the 2003 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, the oecerriber 17, 2002 i Resolution No. 2002 -091 did
conflict with a date set for h- -hy ltmat4an- hearing for Washington County; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo
has set December 3, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. as the initial truth in taxation public hearing date
and December 19, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. as the continuation date for the truth and taxation
public hearing, if necessary, and the final adoption of the levy and budget.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council. on the 17th day of September, 2002,
