RESOLUTION NO. 2002-92
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 38 -41. were used for payroll taxes in the
amount of $6,257.30; Claim Numbers 22295- 22312, 22315 -22316 and 2231.8 in the amount of
$16,468.47 were used for payroll; Claim Numbers 22313, 22314 and 22317 in the amount of
$1,472.00 were used to pay payroll pass through payments; Claim Numbers 2231.9 -22322 in the
amount of $6,000.00 were used to refund escrow payments; and Claim Numbers 22323 through
22366 and 22368 through 22377 in the amount of $117,402.56 are hereby approved.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 17th day of September, 2002.
