A Resolution Receiving the Building Inventory /Condition Analysis Study
Report Prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson, and Associates (TKDA)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby accepts recommendation from
the Planning Commission to accept the Building Inventory/ Condition Analysis Study Report
Prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson, and Associates dated June 18, 2002, as amended by the
Planning Commission on July 22, 2002.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo Finance Director is hereby authorized
to make the final payment to TKDA for the above referenced project
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 3' day of September, 2002.
