RESOLUTION NO. 2002-087
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 5
TO ENCOMM MIDWE aT, LLC FOR WELL HOUSE NO.2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 5 to ENCOMM MIDWEST, LLC in the amount of $72,762.88 for
construction of Well Pump house No. 2, verified by the City Engineer in his memo dated
August 28, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3rd day of September, 2002.
