CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-082 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 36 and 37 were used for payroll taxes in the <br />amount of $5,979.16; Claim Numbers 22218 -22233 in the amount of $13,550.99 and 22236- <br />22240 and 22244 in the amount of $3,274.39 were used for payroll; Claim Numbers 22234 and <br />22235 in the amount of $1,272.00 were used to pay payroll pass through payments; Claim <br />Numbers 22241 -22243 in the amount of $6,500.00 were used. to refund escrow payments; and <br />Claim Numbers 22245 through 22294 in the amount of $ 225,367.06 are hereby approved. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on. the 3rd day of September, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Mary .
