RESOLUTION NO. 2002-079
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF BLUESTEM AT FIELDS OF ST. CROIX
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, at a Public Hearing held
August 12, 2002, reviewed and recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of
"Bluestein at Fields of St.Croix ", based on the following finding:
I . That the application complies with the standards of Section 400, as applicable.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its August 20, 2002 meeting,
reviewed and approved the Preliminary Plat of `Bluestem at Fields of St.Croix ", based on
the recommendation of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission and the following
conditions:
Prior approval of the amended Development Stage Plan and CUP Amendment to
increase units from 12 to 14, with the staff - recommended condition.
2. Compliance with the August 6, 2002 recommendations of the City Engineer,
including those portions of the Valley Branch Watershed District August 5, 2002
recommendations concurred in by the City Engineer.
3. Approval by the City Attorney of the draft HOA Covenants and Declarations.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 201h day of August, 2002.
