RESOLUTION NO. 2002-077
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION
DEVELOPMENT STAGE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR BLUESTEM AT FIELDS OF ST. CROIX
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission, at a Public Hearing held
August 12, 2002, reviewed and recommended approval of the amended Open Space
Preservation Development Stage Plan and Conditional Use Permit to increase the number
of residential units on Outlot C, Fields of St. Croix Phase 2 from 12 to 14 units, based on
the following finding:
1. That the application complies with the Conditional Use Permit standards of
Section ;00.06 Subd. 4A.
WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council, at its August 20, 2002 meeting,
reviewed and approved the amended Open Space Preservation Development Stage Plan
and Conditional Use Permit for "Bluestein at Fields of St. Croix ", based on the
recommendation of the Lake Elmo Planning Commission.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 20th day of August, 2002.
