RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 071
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATION ABIGAIL GRENFELL
AS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY FOR THE PAYMENT OF
FUNDS AT THE LAKE ELMO BANK
WHEREAS, Abigail Grenfell was appointed by the City Council as Deputy Treasurer /Finance
Director of the City of Lake Elmo, effective July 22, 2002
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves the
following:
1. To authorize Abigail Grenfell to sign checks and orders for payment of money and withdraw
funds on deposit with the Lake Elmo Bank.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 6" day of August 2002.
