CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2002-51 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2 <br />TO TOWER ASPHALT FOR EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial <br />Payment No. 2 to Tower Asphalt, in the amount of $41,654.00 for the following work <br />completed on Eagle Point Boulevard Construction, verified by the City Engineer in his <br />memo dated May 30, 2002. <br />Base course paving complete past the northerly bridge off of CSAH 13 <br />Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 4th day of June, 2002. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Mary Kudfher, inistrator <br />
