RESOLUTION 2002-51
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2
TO TOWER ASPHALT FOR EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 2 to Tower Asphalt, in the amount of $41,654.00 for the following work
completed on Eagle Point Boulevard Construction, verified by the City Engineer in his
memo dated May 30, 2002.
Base course paving complete past the northerly bridge off of CSAH 13
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 4th day of June, 2002.
