RESOLUTIION APPROVING CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 21692 through 21705 were used for
the May 30, 2002 payroll and claim Numbers 21738 -- 21745 & 21747 — 21784
in the amount of $ 71,142.34 are hereby approved.
