RESOLUTION 2002-047
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE COMPLE'T'ION OF
EAGLE POINT BOULEVARD — PRASE II
WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for the completion of Eagle Point
Boulevard — Phase II, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Tower Asphalt $169,320.35
T.A. Schifsky, Inc. $201,080.90
WHEREAS, Tower Asphalt, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo City Council that the bid for
completion of Eagle Point Boulevard — Phase II be awarded to Tower Asphalt in the amount of
$169,320.35.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 21s� day of May, 2002
