RESOLUTION 2002- 046
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO
TO ENCOMM MIDWEST FOR WELL, HOUSE NO. 2
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 1 to EnComm Midwest, in the amount of $60,723.05 for Well House No. 2
based on completion of the following portion of the project, as verified by the City Engineer
in his rrmmotanduin dated May 15, 2002:
The contractor has mobilized, completed water main work,
has the building footings poured., and block work completed
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council die 21" day of May, 2002.
