RESOLUTION 2002- 045
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL, PAYMENT NO. 2
TO KEYS WELL DRILLING
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council Hereby approves Partial
Payment No. 2, in the amount of $33,020.00 to Keys Well Drilling for Well No. 3, based on
completion of the following portion of the project, as verified by the City Engineer in his
memorandum dated May 15, 2002:
The contractor has completed drilling and is now
setting casing and will soon begin development of the well
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council the 21 t day of May, 2002.
