A. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE
DOWNS LADE FLOOD REDUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, plans for the Downs Lake Food Reduction Project proposed by the
Valley Branch Watershed District have been reviewed by the City Council and City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, City approval is required for the following:
1. Construction within the 2& Street. and Manning Avenue right -of -ways.
2. Placement of a 24 -inch pipe on the south side of 20`' Street and the west side of
Manning Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans for the Downs Lake
Flood Reduction Project are approved.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 21" day of May, 2002
