RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 034
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF AN ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE IN FRONT OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE
AT 5761 KEATS AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 300.13 Subd. 3I. of the Lake Elmo Municipal
Code, Steve Ziertman has requested approval to construct an addition to his existing
accessory structure at 5761 Keats Avenue; and said existing accessory structure is 20 feet
nearer the front lot line than the principal structure, and therefore non - conforming.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council
hereby grants permission for an existing accessory structure at 5761 Keats Avenue to be
20 feet nearer the front lot line than the principal structure, as said principal structure
existed on May 1, 2002.
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council this 7h day of May, 2002.
