A RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITI-I THE BID AWARD FOR
PROJECT SAP82- 613 -16 AND CP02- 209904
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION
OF CSAH 13 (Inwood Avenue North) AND HUDSON BOULEVARD NORTH
AND FURTHER MPROVEMENTS TO HUDSON BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, WashinVon County has let bids for Projects SAP82- 613 -16 and CP02- 209904,
and has determined that Tower Asphalt is the low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo concurs in the bid
award to Tower Asphalt through the authorization of the Lake Elmo City Council.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo City Council this 30th day of April, 2002.
