RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -29
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMIINT FOR EAGLE POINT BUSINESS PARK 3"' ADDITION
WHEREAS, at its March 25, 2002 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed and
recommended approval of United Properties application for a Preliminary Plat of Eagle
Point Business Park 3cd Addition.
WHEREAS, at its April 16, 2002 meeting, the City Council reviewed and approved
the Preliminary Plat of Eagle Point Business Park Yd Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City Of
Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the Final PIat and Development Agreement for
Eagle Point Business Park 3d Addition, as the same on file with the City Administrator,
based on the following conditions.
Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 16dh day of April, 2002.
