CITY OF LADE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 028 <br />RESOLUTION O , OF EAGLE POINI <br />i ) ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, United Properties has made application for a Preliminary Plat to create <br />one (1) commercial building lot and one (1) Oudot on a parcel of 25.83 acres in the Business <br />Park Zoning District. <br />The property is located on the east side of Eagle Point Blvd., legally described as: <br />Outlot B, Eagle Point Business Park 2nd Addition <br />WHEREAS, at its March 25, 2002 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />and unanimously recommend approval of this application to plat 25.83 acre parcel as a <br />Business Park lot of 13.6 acres and 1 Oudot. <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat of Eagle Point Business 3`d Addition was <br />presented to the City Council at its April 16, 2002 City Council who made the following <br />Findings: <br />The Preliminary Plat complies with the standards of the Business Park Zoning <br />District and approved PUD Plan. <br />2. The Preliminary Plat complies with the design standards of Section 400 of the <br />City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City Of <br />Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the Preliminary Plat of Eagle Point Business <br />Park 3"' Addition, per plans Staff dated February 21, 2002 as the same on file with the City <br />Administrator subject to the following Condition: <br />Compliance with the recommendations of the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 16"' day of April 2002. <br />Lee Hunt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary I effner, diministtator <br />
