RESOLUTION NO: 2002-019
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THORBEC K
ARCHITECTS, LTD. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo issued an RFP for Consulting Services for the
Old Village Neighborhood Design Study, and
WHEREAS, Consultant submitted a proposal in response to the RFP, dated
January 11, 2002, and has been selected by the Lake Elmo City Council to provide the
planning services.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto:
1. For the purposes of the agreement the authorized agent for the Consultant will
be Dewey Thorbeck, FAIR, as the Principal -in- Charge.
2. The Land and Water Design Institute, represented by Robert Sykes, ASLA,
will be a sub - consultant on waste and storm water issues.
3. The work tasks and the resulting products are outlined in the proposal,
prepared by the Consultant, dated January 11, 2002.
ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council on 19"' day of March, 2002.
