RESOLUTION APPROVING CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Claim Numbers 21268 through. 21284 were used for
the February 21, 2002 payroll and that Claim. Numbers 21285 through. 21329 in the
amount of $52,557.01 are hereby approved.
